			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Forquer Group, Inc. is currently seeking applicants for the position of Product Training Media Developer &amp; Support Administrator.</p>

<p>This position will be full-time for a 12-16 week period then part-time (20 hours per week) moving forward.</p>

<p>Product Training Media Developer &amp; Support Administrator Position supports customer training department with the production and project management of media based training materials.  Duties include but are not limited to: </p>

<p>Online Training System Maintenance<br />
* Continue to improve both content and layout for online training to enhance user satisfaction.<br />
* Maintain and deliver both standard and specialized reporting on training status by customer.<br />
* Setup/Maintain user id’s/logons for a users.</p>

<p>Training Video Production and Editing<br />
* Work with internal/external customers on video scope and content.<br />
* Arrange video production for both in house and vendor created videos.<br />
* Produce training videos, as required<br />
* Edit video to meet required content and duration<br />
* Provide/arrange video voice over as required.</p>

<p>Productivity<br />
* Analyze and implement opportunities for productivity in video production.<br />
* Enhance trainer productivity through online training.</p>

<p>Scheduling<br />
* Work with instructors, proposal leaders and management to meet business commitments on training material development and course delivery.<br />
* Work with vendors and customers to insure both cost and schedules are met.</p>

<p>Background or interest in video production required.  Also, the following skills and/or background information in the following areas preferred:<br />

Your responsibilities will include creation and completion of advertising materials and projects with pre-determined procedures, formats and guidelines as it relates to college brand, objectives and the strategic plan. You will report directly to the Art Director.</p>

<p>To be successful in this position, you must be experienced at producing layout and design for magazines, newsletters, brochures, media advertising and collateral, have a strong knowledge of the print process and how files are prepared for press, exhibit strong presentation skills, and have the organizational ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Understanding of Web and interactive design is a plus.</p>

<p>Requirements:<br />
•	Degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred<br />
•	Professional design experience required<br />
•	Knowledge of <span class="caps">CMYK, RGB </span>and <span class="caps">PMS </span>color printing, and resolution standards<br />

<p>The successful candidate will have the ability to design and program web sites quickly, utilizing the latest, most efficient programming methods and software. This candidate must also be able to design effectively for print. This candidate will provide support for the writing, editing, design and graphic layout of all print materials and communication aids as well as web design and development. Candidates should be knowledgeable in <span class="caps">HTML </span>and <span class="caps">CSS.</span> Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and InDesign is required. Experience with content management systems is highly desirable. Javascript, Flash, <span class="caps">PHP, ASP </span>and video editing knowledge is a plus. </p>

<p>Required:<br />
Undergraduate degree in communications/media arts or related field or commensurate experience, a minimum of 3 years of layout and design experience in both web and print, strong Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, <span class="caps">HTML </span>and <span class="caps">CSS </span>skills, the ability to create designs based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts, proven time management/prioritizing abilities.</p>

<p>Larson is seeking a motivated individual to create illustrations and research photos for math textbooks. Applicant must be proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. Math knowledge is not necessary. </p>
