Product Training Media Developer & Support Administrator Position supports customer training department with the production and project management of media based training materials. Duties include but are not limited to:

Online Training System Maintenance
* Continue to improve both content and layout for online training to enhance user satisfaction.
* Maintain and deliver both standard and specialized reporting on training status by customer.
* Setup/Maintain user id’s/logons for a users.

Training Video Production and Editing
* Work with internal/external customers on video scope and content.
* Arrange video production for both in house and vendor created videos.
* Produce training videos, as required

Productivity
* Analyze and implement opportunities for productivity in video production.

Scheduling
